Randall Sickler

In over 20 years of practicing law Randall has focused his practice on imaginative business planning and, when the unplanned occurs, is skilled in representing businesses in litigation and alternative resolution techniques. He has a depth of experience in business arbitration, construction litigation, environmental and natural resources lawsuits and contract disputes. He also has a particular interest in creditors' rights, regularly representing mortgage and finance companies, banks and other businesses in the collection of debts.

Randall is active in professional associations and community organizations. He is a past president of the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association and the Southwest Judicial District Bar Association. He served on the Board of Governors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota, as a State Representative for the Defense Research Institute, and is a past president of the United Way of Dickinson.

Randall and his wife, Diane, keep busy by attending athletic and academic events in which their four children participate, and by serving on various committees for Dickinson Catholic Schools and community organizations. Randall and his family also enjoy taking in many of the outdoor activities available in western North Dakota.
