For the past 15 years, prior to moving to Dickinson to join Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Mark practiced law in the Indiana State and Federal Courts. Although his practice experience is broad, having represented individuals and businesses in a wide array of legal matters, the emphasis of his practice has been in the area of litigation. He has defended individuals and businesses in a variety of simple and complex lawsuits, including medical malpractice and other professional errors and omissions claims. Over the past 10 years, Mark has served as first chair counsel in no less than 25 jury trials. He is an integral part of the Litigation Solutions Team at Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers.
Mark practiced for nearly six years in Warsaw, Indiana, a community in Northern Indiana very similar to Dickinson. While there, he served as a public defender for three years. In 2003, he graduated from the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. He also served as the Vice President of the Kosciusko County Young Republicans.
Mark and his wife Amy have relocated to Dickinson with their three children. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching his children’s basketball teams, running and visiting National Parks with his family.
